See the good in others

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has been commended for her firmness and agility in handling the terrorist attack at two mosques in Christchurch.
She promised to change New Zealand's gun laws after the mass shooting and less than a week later, she did it.
Ardern had also supported the movement of wearing hijab last Friday to show solidarity towards Muslims.
She also showed her sympathy towards the victims including the victims from Malaysia by visiting them at the hospital.
However, there will always people who will fail to see the goodness done by others.
A Twitter user posted that Ardern is a strong supporter of the LGBT movement.
She sarcastically reminded her followers to be aware of Ardern's ideology towards the LGBT group.
In other words, she wants others to stop admiring her despite all the good deeds she has done to minority groups including Muslims.
Well, instead of thanking Ardern for her support towards the Muslim victims, the twitter was just trying to divert the attention that could bring negativity towards Ardern.
Maybe she expected Muslims in Malaysia to support her negative views towards the LGBT groups. However, things turn out differently.
Many netizens criticised for her narrow-mindedness and for not seeing the bigger picture.
People should see the good in others.
Just because Ardern supports a group that you don't, it doesn't mean that she's a bad person.
After all, she is just treating everyone with respect. Think again, how are we going to achieve peace when all we do is spread hate?
So stop with the negative thinking. Time to see the picture on a bigger scale!
